Sad, but true. With so many projects already on my hands, I decided to do a clean-up operation with my domains.

The problem is - I have never sold a domain in my life before, so I don't know how to properly evaluate each of them.

These are the domains I am thinking to get rid of. Please post what you think each of them (or part of them) is worth. I am not going to be offended if some of them are registration value, I just want to be fair. However, I am pretty sure some of them are worth more.

WEB SITE APPRAISAL
------------------------

I have a web site which I never had time to launch. I have had few requests from people who wanted to buy the domains from me before.

www.CrazyCareers.com
+ CrazyCareer.com

Software cost: $175
Logo/branding: $75

The web site is completely setup and just sitting there. All the new owner will have to do is change the PayPal address in admin panel.

QUESTION: What can I sell it for?

THANK YOU to whoever responds! All your input is valuable.

Hmm.. Just a crazy thought. If I were to sell in bundles like:

ECOMMERCEDISCUSSION.COM
FREELANCEDISCUSSION.COM
SEODISCUSSION.COM
WEBHOSTINGDISCUSSION.COM

Would the value be higher?

Most domains are reg value [or a bit more].

SEARCHHOSTS.COM 5/13/2006 = Low-Mid XXX
attend.net 01/17/2006 = XXX - X,XXX - This is a one word short dictionary word, not much of these around anymore.

Those are the only ones that caught my eye, the rest are between reg value to Mid XX.

If you sell EVERYTHING listed, you could get low X,XXX.

Oh, thanks Tomer for the initial evaluation.
Attend.net I purchased 2 years ago for $200. Its nice to see names value grow like real estate.

If I were to get rid of all the domains, low X,XXX, do you mean under $5K?

That is quite a lot of domains and most of them actually have a lot of potential for big forums. Id say anywhere from $2500-$5,000 is what you would get if you decided to sell them all.

I've heard good things about sedo.com to try to sell domain names. They usually sell higher than their worth.

But with sedo you will have to sell them separate, isn't that correct? Plus, you have to wait for a long time until all of them are gone.

Yes that is true Art, As for waiting long sometimes it can be sold within a few days and sometimes within a few months from what I have seen. It's kind of like playing the lottery .
