ICANN tightening grip on WhoIs info

ICANN now seem to be tightening their grip on people who dont enter their whois details - and possibly involving litigation in the U.S.

Anyone got any thoughts on this?

Personally I think it will work in the short run and may slow down cyber-squatters, but I think there should be more pressure put on what people are publising.etc
