hmm, why would you want to park a developed or semi-developed website?

If you are simply looking for additional ways to monetize it, I'd suggest you try adsense, offer ad spots for sale, etc.

I am also not following the request... If you are looking for domain parking services, then usually they take control over the content anyway. You cannot setup a semi/fully developed sites for parking.

However, if you mean that you have semi-developed sites with some traffic, that you would rather park, then I would recommend Parked.com

You can also think to develop a site "Made for adsense".
