For what exactly? A domain name? With Hosting account, etc? What services are you offering with it?

What are you asking for, what to charge for just a domain name? Not a lot since domains are cheap.

I think $9 is good price for domain name registration.

We have many sign up by offering free hosting service. So It needs to get someway to make addtional revenue from domain.
