You need to call enom, and tell them to fight the chargeback.
If the chargeback was down to fraud (eg: stolen credit card), then that's just bad luck.
Get the full details from enom, and then act accordingly.
If needed, post back here with enom's response. I have dealt with enom for 2+ years in an ETP capacity, so I tend to know when they are just protecting themselves, or when the response is genuine (more often than not, it's option #2).
