I am using regurl.com and they offer domains to be $ 6.99 a year. I have so far received great support from them. Best of all they offer very cheap hosting plans both Linux and Unix.
I love their deletion domain feature - if you register your domain by mistake, you can delete it within 72 hours.
I have transferred all my domains to them. They seems to be good alternative for many domain name providers.

I do not have great support from them at all.

1) Login - unable to log in after I registered a domain with them
2) My balance have 400 usd initially w/o deposit.
3) Email (info@regurl.com) bounced back to me, always FAIL.

As I cannot log in, I cannot modify the domain dns settings to point to my hosting site.

Who can help me ??

The price is OK but since someone does not receive a good support then you can consider other options as well.
