I'll give whoever buys it the cpanel username and password so you can log in and create backups, or it can be transferred using WHM's account transfer feature. domain has no PR and very little traffic 90 something unique hits last month. It is an excellent, easy to remember short .com name and would be great for a new webhost or directory.
