Here's how it works: You are issued with a 3 digit ID number (eg #343.) When a customer fills in a sales form they have the option to enter a referral ID number.

You have to advertise HadleyHost.com and try and get as many customers as you can. Here is the payout rate per account signup:-

[EDIT] I went to your site but I'm having trouble finding info on how you are allowed to advertise. Most hosting companies usually have some sort of restriction on this kind of thing.

Yup you can use an unverifed paypal account. You can advertise by word of mouth, forums and we can provide you with banner ads etc
