Golden Globe Hosting is currently looking for a Flash Designer(s), here are the requirements:

*Must live in U.S.A
*Must accept payment via PayPal and in US Funds only.
*Must be able to design buttons, banners, menus, intros, and websites in Flash.
*Must be willing to work with my team of regular web designers.
*Must be affordable, yet professional.
*Must have either AIM or YIM.

We are looking for about 5 designers. Also when we say affordable we don't mean you have to charge 3 bucks for a flash intro, we mean something reasonable, as we know that Flash can be very hard to learn and to use.

Maybe you can try getyourbanners.com he do flash banners I think. He on this forums also

I need a full time flash designer, not just banners. Everything from banners to menus to intros, etc.
