Technical support personnel should be experienced in the following areas:

• cPanel/WHM
• DirectAdmin
• Viruozzo
• LxAdmin
• HyperVM/XEN
• General Linux Knowledge
• Basic Networking Concepts

• Excellent written and verbal skills in the English language to communicate effectively to clients
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Providing technical support for Level I-III issues via helpdesk
• Monitoring servers for stability and taking proactive measures to correct issues.
