Junior Web Hosting Sales Position (This is a commission based online(remote) position)

Description: We are looking for new self motivated "go-getters" to fill several part-time Sales Rep positions. If you are interested in a position that pays high commissions and bonuses based on effort, you would benefit from this position. There is no base salary or expense reimbursement for these positions.

As a sales rep you will be performing outside sales and making initial contacts. For the most part, contacts are not provided by X9 Web Hosting. You can also chat with clients via live support, generate clients on the web (advertising, forum posting, consulting with contacts), answer sales tickets, etc.

Compensation is 25% of all your sales generated to start. As your sales progress we will offer increases in compensation and bonuses. We will show you how with a little effort, this could be an extremely lucrative position. Possible promotion to Sales Manager will be available in the future.

If accepted you will be evaluated for 90 calendar days, approximately 12 weeks, during which time we shall offer a 25% commission for each sale on all hosting plans we offer and you will be required to complete (close) a minimum of 12 sales during this period and retain (no refunds or chargebacks) a minimum of 12 paid hosting plan accounts by the end of the 90 day period to fully qualify for this position.

If you're a self motivated "go-getter" who wants your schedule to be YOURS and want compensation based on effort, this position will be very lucrative for you. If you would rather do as little as possible to receive a pay check, this job is not for you.

Requirements:

* Legal working age(16+).
* Must be a self-starter.
* Highly motivated.
* Can read, write and speak english.
* Good communication skills.
* Organized and have basic sales skills.
* Web Hosting experience is required.
* You will be required to make at least 1 hosting plan sale per week.

Compensation will be paid as described in the original post. No other payment options are available for this position.

What happens when he/she does not get that one sale per week?

This will be a judgment call made at that time. Since there are a variety of factors as to why that sale was not made and also depending on the work ethic of the employee we will make a decision at that time.

Also we are not hiring any individuals that are associated with other web hosting companies. If you are a part of another company or run your own then you should support that company, and not work with other or additional companies.
