I have been an avid web hosting fanatic for the last 15 years and a provider of shared hosting for small businesses, event promoters, musicians and individuals in my local area for the last 8 years using cPanel/WHM platform and WHMCS suite. I have a strong understanding of what everyone from the "average Joe" to the "hosting geek" is looking for when it comes to hosting and have the knowledge capable of catering a sales approach specifically targeted towards the individual inquiring about your service.

I combine this with 10 years of commission based sales experience. After getting my "sales feet" for 3 years in the retail market, I have moved on to becoming a successful sales agent for one of the largest health insurance providers in the United States for the last 7 years. I have worked my way from functioning as a telesales agent to an outside rep, meeting face to face with prospects in their homes and businesses as well as our company office. I have always put a strong focus on providing excellent service-after-the-sale and as a result the majority of my new business comes from referrals from existing clients.

By combining my sales and hosting experience, I can help ensure that your chats and tickets become closed sales and that your new clients are educated about what they have purchased and are confident that they have made the right choice by hosting with your company. I work to build a professional, polite and friendly rapport from the first contact moving forward and carefully choose which opportunities to take to add value to your services. I am not a high pressure sales agent nor do I present the prospect with information and let them decide for themselves - I guide prospects towards choosing your services.

Availability

9am - 10pm Eastern Monday through Friday
9am - 12am Eastern Saturday and Sunday

Compensation

I am very open regarding compensation. I am willing to work on a per-sale basis or any other method you prefer.
