Sales Agents

Pay rate: Comission based

Requirements:
-18 years of age
-Some type of knowledge in shared and reseller hosting.
-General cPanel knowledge

Time slots available:
-9am - 4pm EST
-10pm - 1am EST
-1am - 9am EST

Description: Sales representative will operate live chat and answer support tickets. The agent must be available in skype during his or her shift, in addition to being available via telephone.

Level I/II Support Agents

Pay rate: Commission based

Requirements:
-18 years of age
-Must have at least 1 year experience in Level I or higher technical support.
-Must be very knowledgable in the cPanel and WHM control panels.
-Must have advanced knowledge of unix commands (Level II only)

Time slots available:
-9am - 4pm EST
-10pm - 1am EST
-1am - 9am EST

Description: Support representatives will handle live chat support and handle support tickets.
