1. Registered second level domain name (ex. www.yoursite.com or .co.uk, .org, .net, .biz, .info, .us, .ca and other)

2. English language version

3. Google page rank of at least “4”

4. No adult content

5. No MP3 and other copyright violation content (including piracy software)

If your web site don't qualify with such terms you can just put a link to us and we will provide you hosting(or other services ) after getting two clients from your web-site. In this case just send us your url so we could see the source of sign up.
