I'm looking for a skilled web designer to redesign our website and make something fresh out of it. The requirements are simple:

1. Fresh New Look (not from templates)
2. No Wordpress, Joomla and etc.
3. Easy to Maintain / Easy to Edit (need price changes and all)
4. Website is on a Windows machine so go figure...
