We need someone who is good with SEO and can help us with marketing.
We also need someone who can help us with advertising, backlinks, and pretty much anything else that would get us ranking higher on the search engines. We need to drive more customers to our site.

In return, we will give you a permanent share in the business.
Basically, we're looking for a partner, not an employee.
You will be treated as part of the team as you will be part of the team.

We are, however, looking for someone who is very experienced and knows their stuff when it comes down to Search Engine Optimisation. Ideally, in the end, we would like to rank high enough in the search engines to be awarded a page rank by Google.
