I am looking for anyone, or any group who is interested in having someone remotely run their website for them. Full management of the site is what I'm about.

Any site category, except Adult websites please. I am open to any category of site other than that. Gaming, sporting, outdoors, business, etc. If you're not sure if your site will meet the category then you can ask, although as I said I am willing to look at any project other than Adult websites.

I do not have any projects to show you as the only large project I work on is a disclosed project that I'm not at liberty to discuss due to the terms I agreed to.

My prices are not too expensive for my quality of services.

Complete Base Design and Management - $70.00 a month
- Design the complete site, and all software required.
- Daily changes, and updates to software.
- All graphics ++

Complete Base Design and Semi-Management - $60.00 a month
- Design the complete site, and all software required.
- Weekly changes, and updates to software.
- All graphics ++

Management - $50.00 a month
- Daily changes, and updates to software.
- Updates/Upgrades to all software, etc


Semi-Management - $30.00 a month
- Weekly changes, and updates to software.
- Upgraes to all software, etc

Only requirements that must be met are.
- Payed through paypal
- Payed at the beginning of each month
- Hosting is provided for the project (If no hosting, there will be a fee for me to provide it)

If payment issues are needed to be arranged it can be done. I am willing to negotiate on price, on a case to case basis
