- your age
- your current occupation
- your geographical location
- your education
- your work experience

Due to the lack of info, how can an employer fill a position with no idea of what the applicant can do? experience?

That would be one of the fond mysterious gifts that managers have - the ability to hire someone for a position without knowing anything --- no wonder why I have usually hated my co-workers at my day job...
