Hello, we're looking for a person or a company that can handle some of our
Webserver management in the Southern California area. This is full time pay, but not full hours. We will not require office or datacenter hours, just an excellent financial opportunity for a person who already has the skills. This is not a situation to ' grow into. ' You've got to have your act together and know what you are doing already. We are already mananging a few thousand domains & are migrating more.

Should be comfortable setting up, securing and managing both Windows '03, Linux, RedHat, Solaris, Apache. Also DNS & Bind experience a must. Knowledge of mail programs like Qmail, IPswitch or Imail. Also experience with Plesk or other control panels would be helpful. As our current system does not have these features, we're open to ideas and new tools.

Basically, we're a webhost company in the middle of a major transition & setting up a new system from scratch. We want a system admin who knows HOW it should be done and is going to be given the resources to do it right & is willing to work without supervision.

This is not an hourly specific hourly job, but a well paying project/Task based with long term potential.
