I'm looking for other interested people that are wanting to own a dedicated server for hosting site and/or games and voice communications. I have found a cheap price and plan to split the costs. I will pay most. The system is windows-based. The experience I'm looking for is of no limit as long as he/she has common sense, web skills, people skills, knowledge of gaming/site trends, and can use the computer well.

Contracts will be signed and we will all discuss the plan over msn or voice.

Just wondering, is it 50/50 profits and expenses

we can talk about it privatly, but right now i just need some basic help, i have most help that i need already. So no, i won't split 50/50. This is because i already have a close friend for that. We are looking for some more helpers, moderators, and stuch and may think of doing some kind of investment option to make a return, but set percentages are not going to be promised, another reason is that we want most if not all moeny to go right back into the company becuase of how new we are we may struggle for a few months or so.
