We are a small startup looking to enter a niche market. We currently employ three people, one handling product design and development, one handling the legal/finances/accounting, and the other covering orders, shipping and handling.

We are looking to add one more person to our team: a web developer. We are looking for someone fluent in web design to do a relatively easy job for us... We have a website template, a reseller hosting account, graphics designed, and content available; but, we need someone to:

• Setup a free shopping cart (2CO or PayPal), optionally using Fantastico Deluxe.
• Tie the links all together, including static links, dropdown boxes, and images.
• Maintain the website and periodically add new content/products.
• Contact our web hosting provider if our website goes down.
• Other misc. tasks related to web design or hosting.

We currently operate on a cash neutral basis (meaning we don't spend any money we don't have), so we would only be able to pay a limited amount to the chosen designer as of now ($50 per month at most). However, you will receive equity in the company, which will entitle you to a cut of future profits in the amount of 15-25%.
