Webmaster forum looking to hire [paid]

Hello All

I have just started a new webmaster forum. I am looking for a few moderators to help out on the site. I am looking for people who have good communications Skills, willingness to help others, active member and also someone who can lead areas of the forum.

I'm looking for the mods to stay active and also help other members of the forum. Also all moderators will have to enforce all the forum rules(fun job)

As this is a new site it would be unwise for me to offer people high payments for being a moderators. As a “compensation” for helping out on the forum I can give small free hosting or you can have ad space on the site or get paid $5 per month. Being a moderator is a prestige’s job no matter what forum it is. If selecting payments they will be made at the end of every month. But a moderator has to do their job otherwise they will not get paid!

I am not surprised to see that nobody bothered to reply. If you are offering fee, make it sensible! At the moment, I think your forum is too small to have anybody other than you to moderate.
