Q: Do you automatically update software on the server?
A: No, we do not install or upgrade any server software or security updates on a routine basis or automatically. If you want us to upgrade the software on your server or install software, you should submit a ticket to request us to do so.

Q: Do you resell for another server management company?
A: No. All of our technicians are in-house techs that we pay directly. They are all experienced in cPanel server administration. We do not resell the services from another company. Everything is done in house.
