I have used cPanel untill now but my members are suggesting me to have HSphere on a new server i am looking forward to buy. I have googled out info about HSphere but i want to read experiences and recommendatinos from some one who actually uses HSphere or has used them in recent past and if you have used both cPanel and HSphere, it shall be great to go through your experience.

Please share your experiences.

I'm not a fan of Hsphere, I ran a test production on it and it's not very great in my personal opinion. Anything Hsphere has cPanel can do better :p

Actually, H-Sphere come with more than the control panel, so it has "more" than cpanel. Whether it has "better", that's really more to personal taste.

Also price wise I found HSphere is affordable. But again, i shall wait for more reviews before deciding to stick with cPanel of have HSphere for new server.

For anyone who isn't aware of features http://www.psoft.net/HSdocumentation...t=sse&v=ls&p=r provides detailed information.

I haven't used HSphere myself either, though I've tried others like Ensim, Plesk etc..

I can say CPanel is by far the best control panel out there. Same goes with WHM, both products which are highly reccomended.

I also hardly use any features myself besides cron jobs.

Well, we're a H-Sphere host, always have been and wouldn't change. Personally I have used cPanel in the past and it's ok at best. H-Sphere comes with everything needed. there's no need to get cPanel, then have to get all the addons, like billing, helpdesk, etc., etc., etc. H-Sphere has everything built in. Plus it's made to work on clusters.
If you want more information or even a demo, go to H-Sphere's site: http://www.psoft.net/. You can also view plenty of flash demo's around if you'd like.

I would say if the demand is there on your end, go for it. Otherwise, it would be a waste of an investment and time on Hsphere in IMHO

I have used both Hsphere and Cpanel. I really did not care for Hsphere. Cpanel on the other hand, I do like.

I have to say both are pretty decent... I started with Hsphere and went to cpanel. But it was a great contol panel. Very User Friendly

I would say that H-SPHERE is a more complete Control Panel as you have everything you need in it and it can be used for more than one platforms, both Unix and Windows...

As far as I am sure, CPanel is only for Unix
