A good live support option?

I am looking for a good live support script/provider for one of my hosting sites.

Please suggest free as well as cheaper paid alternatives for the same.

Have used crafty syntax, and its pretty decent with a good amount of features for free.

Using providesupport at the moment and quite happy. I believe its $15/mo a seat but well worth it.

24months ago phpLiveSupport was one of the best. Kayako LiveSupport is ok. I'm looking forward to AvidInteractive's IntelloChat though

Wow. those screen shots are pretty impressive.

Is it as good as it lookes? Makes me want to offer live chat support again

I can second that. crafty Syntax is a very good free support system. It is very stable and has alot of features that you would expect in paid software.

I would recommend Kayako, it has 2 in 1. You will get the live support and the help desk.

stardevelop live help it has lots of features and has a messenger for ops and the price isn't too bad.

I have used ProvideSupport with out any problem at for about a year. They are really good remotely hosted live chat solution. Great header and button graphics to choose from too.

If you want to host your own, I just recently decided to try out stardevelope Live Help script for multiple domains. It is working out really good. One thing tho is that their new app does not work for older OS like my Win2k, but they do have a version that we could use, just not the most recent.

I decided to host my own, simply because I do not get a lot of chats and I am not worried about timing out the server or slowness. But if I had a lot of chats, I would go back to remotely hosted.

Another vote for Kayako support suite. It has good features and low price for monthly licensing.

As far as I know Kayako is the best one. And it works fine.
