Is there any way when a user logs into there webmail via www.domain.com/webmail to have it forward them straight to horde instead of giving them the cpanel choice of 3 mail programs?

Easiest way is to redirect webmail to www.domain.com:2095/horde/login.php (add the https and 2096 for secured).
