I've tried some of the beta versions (it isn't fully released yet) and do have a license, but wanted to see if anyone here uses it and their thoughts.

I'll probably try to sell the license, honestly because I'm switching back to ClientExec most likely and can use the built-in support. If there was a unified logon for this, I'd consider it. I think it is really nice but need something in production and stable that I'm confident will stay for a while.

No, and i have never actually heard of Intellodesk how much did you buy it for?

Yes I have used IntelloDesk. It's quite nice actually. I think that it could use some more features, and some more color, but it's pretty nicely designed, easy to use for me too.

Yep - we are using it for one of our divisions. Quite nice and an interface like Kayako SupportSuite.
