CPanel is easy to use. I use Plesk too, but don't like it as much as cpanel.

i prefer DirectAdmin. It is way more user friendly and stable compare to cPanel.

I like CPanel, but I would prefer Plesk as its said to be more Stable, I like DirectAdmin also but I dont see many hosts offering it.

Ensim Pro
Cpanel
Plesk
And to be totally honest my favorite bar none is InterWorx. www.interworx.com

cPanel and DirectAdmin are my two personal favorites. Sometimes cPanel can be a little intimidating for the non-advanced users, but both are solid.
