Customizing CE signup page

Hello, anyone know how to customize a branding header for Clientexec customer signup page? Currently it is generic, it would be nice to tie that page into the overall look of my site.

Edit templates/Raleigh/signup/signup_header.tpl and signup_footer.tpl.
