I wonder how useful or what are the benefits of having cube panel software. My friend have just downloaded this for free.

I must admit, I can't say I've heard of that one? Care to elaborate a little? Free software is always useful to know about, even if one chooses not to use it lol.

Cube Panel is a commercial automation tool for hosting servers, developed by Biztology.

This offers a graphic user interface to administer hosting servers, and is capable of working across Linux and Windows platforms. As of this year, the program is available in different languages such as Spanish, English, French, German, and Portuguese, and supports the addition of both new languages and a variety of plug-in modules, Multi-server management, API Webservices, as well as support for MySQL, SSL, anti-virus, DNS and IP management, and custom hosting plan management, among others.

Looks interesting but I would stick with the mainstream market if you plan to offer any services or hosting through it.
