As per the discussion i feel plesk is the best conrol panel for windows.even the HELM control panel is also very user friendly.And here is the one webhosting company that's ************ Where providing advanced control panel that is plesk and maintains allways server uptime.

Though it has a lot of bugs, I guess that the best Control panel for Windows servers is Helm

Plesk for windows is full of bugs, even Helm has less bugs than Plesk
