Just so others know, it appears that the survey is for windows based control panel, and then once completed they'll give you a 15% discount on services. Unfortuantely I'm a unix guy, so not really much input I can provide

Same, but it is nice that they asked for the reviews and help rather than spam it away. I get a ton of survey stuff via email and it just drives me up the wall. Good luck with your results and let us know too!
