Plesk is the most popular and better control panel for windows server. So mate, try to use plesk it's better than dot net panel.

Yes I also prefer plesk control panel.

Hsphere is good as well.

Currently for our windows VPS we use Plesk. I'm looking forward to see Enkompass by cPanel & Cheetah control panel by Sprynex when they finally both launch their products. The windows control panel market should be quickly heating up with some additional major players that i have the cash to compete.
