DotNetPanel is my choice on managing Windows hosting account. The features makes users to configure the hosting account faster and more effectively.

Plesk is the best control panel for windows.

I have used cPanel, personally i prefer Plesk because of its easy to use features. Plesk allows you to add several plug-ins to add on its features.
Unlike cPanel, Plesk supports XML and other interfaces. Plesk supports SuSE Linux,Fedora and all other popular Linux distribution along with Windows , and also Plesk is not expensive in terms of user friendliness and features provided.

I would suggest Plesk or Helm. Both works amazing! Personally, I use Plesk and it never gave me any problem of some sorts.

Both Plesk and Dotnetpanel are good products. Dotnetpanel has good customer care for windows server but I think perhaps plesk seems to be slightly better.
