I have purchased helpdesk from Inverseflow.com a weeek ago.
So far iam very impressed with them.
Their sotfware is excellent and their cust support is also superb.
I will be recommending them to everyone i know and no, I dont work for them.
Iam just very very very impressed with their support and software.

Why are you signing up under different names on different forums to copy and paste this review?

Previous experience has shown me that this is very much a spam tactic.
Especially since this is essentially stolen software and was just updated 4 days ago and suddenly the glowing reviews.

Perhaps you could provide us with more information.
