Has anyone else had the opportunity to use ChatStat? I love it, I haven't paid for any add-ons yet. One good thing that I find rather useful is that as a hosting company we are allowed to resell the service and get paid a commission on it. My second day, one of their staff launched a chat session with me through my website and offered my the reseller option. I would like to see what other experiences people have had with this live support software.

I have just go though there site and features they offer in there chat software, it seems really nice..but still I will love to try it and comment.
