cPanel. Very easy to use for new people just starting to host websites. I also love how it can be customized so it works in almost any environment!
It is also great for the admin side, because you do not need to know a lot of shell commands to tweak the settings...Although I do prefer the ssh to change things.

cPanel is the most user friendly. But I prefer DirectAdmin since it runs lighter on the server, but the GUI stinks compared to cPanel

Very much agreed. I would love to see a lighter load, but I would hate to see those clients leave because of it. I've worked with DA, but I dont think that half of our clients would understand it lol!

I am using for a long time cPanel. It is user-friendly, easy to operate but has got tons of advanced functions which are very useful. I think cPanel has got almost everything that such a panel should have.
We use cPanel, mainly because it's the top choice among customers. And although I have used other control panel, I do believe cPanel is on of the easiest and powerful in the industry.
