It varies.

I can get as little as 2 hours of sleep on average for a few weeks at a time, but most of the year I get an average of about 4 hours of sleep.

The rest of the time is spent working or traveling for work.

I don't really mind, though.

I used to sleep when I felt I needed to but I now try to keep to sleeping at least 8 hours a night but with the phone being on all the time I can quite often get interrupted by support tickets.

Quite surprising the amount of people that can manage on so little sleep.

Well this looks like quite an old post brought back to life, but hey I will throw in my .

My sleep hours can vary from day to day. On average I try to get 6 hours, but many time I will get 2-3 or other times I will not get a chance to sleep. A business that runs 24/7 can really effect the amount of sleep and free time you have.
