If so, then the closest thing you can use is AltaVista babelfish:

Pick "Translate a Web page" one, paste in the URL and it would do the trick.

Another option would be the renowned Google itself: http://www.google.com/translate_t

However it is not accurate enough in my book.

I find that none are very accurate (such as AV, Yahoo or Google) for their translations. However, I do find they are good enough to pick up what is being said.
