Georgia has been saying that for months and years, trying to "scare" Russia. Russian officials have already stated they wouldn't talk to Saakashvili as they no longer see him as credible and a mentally healthy person to communicate with.

I heard that Minsk maintained friendly with Russia.
But Ukraine has to be bound with Russia instead of helping Georgia.
