Before you guys jump on me like on an all-Evil AIG executive, I do apologize for the delay in naming the winner for the month of February 2009. I got sick with a flu at the very end of January and it continued for about a week or so, after which I simply was in a grumpy mood for another week. Then there were just too many things to do, until I finally decided to get back on track.

Here we go. Last month she was our honorable mention. This month, even though she finished 8th on the top poster list, she stole the show with her insightful posts and great attitude! I would like to congratulate Lesli, who has been a member since 2003 (!), as she becomes the Most Valuable Member in the month of February. After viewing through hundreds of posts, it was hard not to agree that Lesli did an amazing job of contributing wealth of knowledge to our board. And this great review (which completely sealed the deal) is yet another confirmation of her willingness to help others!

We'll repeat the prize this month as well: 5,000 impressions in our Vertical Rectangle 240x400 banner position on HostingDiscussion.com - roughly 25-30 days of advertising exposure. The winner will be contacted in private.

Finally, congrats to all Top 10 members of the month! Apart from being most active members in February, you all rock! We are now pretty deep in the month of March and while its a pity Lesli could not be as active this month, there are a few great players already running in the top 10. We'll see how things go. There is still time for few surprises.

This month has been a little bit hectic, since football (soccer) season's gearing up - first FC in Seattle in about 20 years, fans have had their season passes for two years - and I work event staff (*something* has to get me out of the house occasionally...) - so less participation in my online groups. I think that most of what I've done this past month is skim posts, intending to reply (which didn't really work out) and report spammers Hopefully I'll be able to settle back into a routine and can start posting again.
