Can you believe it - an 8.8 earthquake in Chile causes major destruction! I just saw tonight that their President is reaching out for International support. The pictures I saw were absolutely terrible.

And I watched the weather coverage of the anticipated tsumani in Hawaii - that never materialized. The earthquake in Chile in 1960 did cause a tsumani on the Big Island that killed over 60, so better to be safe than sorry.
