Some Time ago in what I imagine now a long lost thread I remember mentioning that I was planning on getting a new laptop specifically an alienware m17x... the day has finally arrived having had it arrived a few weeks ago now much to the enviable glances from the various mac users in the office

Think the fact it has a better spec, performance and costs less has somewhat killed all of their usual retorts and the 3D screen somewhat is the icing on the cake...

Pretty much sums it up.. tis by all definitions "a beast" .. 4hr battery life on normal usage 1hr or so heavy gaming, very much a desktop replacement.. even compared to my Auora ALX desktop
