I'm working as a CEO in my company. I'm sleeping only 4 hours per day. That mean I'm working nearly 18 hours per day. So hard.

When you work as a CEO,,,,its really very difficult for first three years of your business to setup completely..... Once it is setup completely you have to just provide good support to the customers.....

I wish it was just that easy, you also have to be ontop of server security, updating any software scripts etc. make sure your own site is upto date and maintained and deal with potential clients, marketing your services etc. the list is endless.

Working hours depends upon type of work and time needed for it with the limit if you have any.

I wish it was that simple. in hosting you need to offer round the clock support, so you need to be available at least 15 hrs a day, but prepared to work 24 hrs a day

Yes, but overworking yourself isn't productive and in the long run you'll actually be doing less work. That's why shifts were invented. Either two 12-hour shifts or three 8-hour shifts should be most common for positions where availability is important (e.g. support).

Thats OK if you have staff, but 1 man businesses you need to put in the hours.
