Lets say I used Outlook to download the emails from my old ISP? Im now using my own server for personal mail. Is there anyway to use Outlook to somehow upload the email to the new server, or some other way I could do this? (long story).

I haven't used outlook in a long time, but I believe it has a "copy this email to" feature, which I believe you could use.

Moni-Q, the only way I know of doing this would be to open outlook, select all emails in your inbox, right click and select forward. Choose your email address as the forward to address and click on send.
It may take a little while to upload all of them but it's faster than doing each individually.
