Anyone heard of IntegraMod www.integramod.com, this guy has it and is using 20% of my servers memory, has anyone had these problems with it?

We had a client which installed this modified bulletin board and ours climbed to 17-18%, after 3 days of working with it, we removed it.

I would never allow 1 client to use that much cpu on a shared server, I would make him pay more and move him to a 4 person shared server.

I totally agree! 20% is way too much for one person to be hogging!

If anyone was using 20% of my server resources, they'd find themselves suspended and getting a call from my abuse department

yeah IntegraMod is a bit of a pain, because it has so many addons that are not needed it makes tonnes of mysql queries, httpd requests etc.. it annoys me when people use scripts like that..

ha ha yes it does sound similar too your host. maybe you should just remove it?
