Which OS do ou prefer to use as your servers main OS?

You can include any version or flavor of *nix.

I prefer FreeBSD, but most providers don't have this as an option. I like the security that is enforced in it.

I'm a fan of Debian Linux, however due it's to limited support by cPanel, we use CentOS on our hosting boxes.

I prefer to use Windows and am very familier with it. I havent delved much in to Linux yet but may do one day.

Redhat and Fedora mainly. Windows 2003 too - it's a nice web server OS if you can see past the security issues :-)
