I have a client that is looking for a larg SAN setup and im just looking for anyone that might know where to find some kind of preconfigured system so we dont have it build it out. I am also wondering if I should just tell him to buy it and colo it with us.

I would say that if you dont have much experince with SAN's than I would try and have them buy and colo if nothing more than to eliminate the liabiltiy. I purchased my last SAN straight from SUN and it came with a web interface that was super simple to setup. I would assume most SAN's have something similar but cant speak for any others as I have not used them.

SAN can be pretty expensive. Is there a reason why you would want SAN instead of NAS?
