Windows 2000 Server NT

Hello,

I currently have a in-home server IBM eserver 346, and when i put in the install disk for the server. It always shows that it cannot find any hardrives, when both of my 140 GB hardrives are plugged in and are detected and are ran on bios.

I have found the fix one time for a U320 hardrive which was a floppy boot, but i cannot find that fix again. Has anyone else found it?

sound like a raid card issue does it have raid ?
download the drivers from the manufactures website

if its IBM drive controllers
the drivers should be here http://www-947.ibm.com/support/entry...cid=MIGR-65723

I agree sounds like you may need drivers. You have to put them on a floppy and hit F6 when it says then put in the floppy with the drives. Windows 2000 is End of Life. You may want to try a newer OS it may have the drivers...
