If you want your videos to load faster, then you must opt for a Dedicated server which has a Quad Core processor with a minimum of 4 GB RAM, good cache, SAS drives rather then SATA. The port speed also matters a lot. The port speed must be 100 MBPS Dedicated one, not shared with any other user/server. All these things will help your videos to load fast.
